Venue Hire

The venue offers two versatile spaces for small to medium events and is perfectly suited to cocktail parties, long lunches, sit-down dinners, product launches, magazine and television shoots. This unique location offers two spaces that can be used together or separately.

  • The street level gallery is an ideal space for smaller events such as product launches, cocktail parties, magazine or television shoots. This split-level space would suit events for approx. 50 standing or 30 seated. The street level gallery area – 4.4m x 3.5m (upper area), 4.5m x 3.5m (lower area).
  • The upstairs gallery can be used for functions and events for 50 standing or 30 seated. Ideal for daytime or evening events – lunches, dinners, Christmas parties, New Year’s Eve parties, product launches and magazine or television shoots. The indoor space opens up onto a large deck through bi-fold doors offering easy indoor/outdoor use and fabulous views towards the city. A stylish Carrara marble and stainless steel kitchen services the upstairs area with designer bathroom for your guests. The upstairs gallery measures 4.7m x 7.6m.
  • Royal Doulton dinnerware, flatware and Riedel glassware for 30 is also available for hire from the gallery.
  • The venue is easily accessed from the city by bus and offers ample parking in the nearby streets. There is easy rear-lane access for caterers, film crews etc.
  • $3,300 incl. GST | Standard full-day 10 hour venue hire incl. use of upstairs and downstairs galleries 9am – 6pm. These hours can be extended by arrangement.
  • $1,980 incl. GST | Half-day 5 hour block between 9am – 6pm incl. use of upstairs and downstairs galleries.
  • $440 incl. GST | Hourly fee. This fee is charged for each hour usage exceeds the Standard full-day and half-day time limits
  • A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking; the remainder is payable no later than 24 hours prior to your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if bookings are cancelled within 7 days of the booking date. A full refund is provided if more than 7 days notice is given when cancelling a booking.

If you require catering for your event, we have worked with some fabulous caterers and are happy to provide you with details. We do have some restrictions regarding catering equipment so please do check with us before bringing equipment on site.

We can also assist with contact details for hire equipment companies if required.

We recommend a site visit prior to booking the space to determine suitability for your event, please contact the gallery to arrange a time to do this.
